NOVA Birth Services was established in 2009 to provide parents with personalized help for their birth journeys. The center believes that prenatal and postpartum care should be a collaborative effort. They employ former nurses, licensed doulas, childbirth educators, and counselors. They specialize in offering non-judgmental, low-pressure help so you can make choices that are right for you.
And when they say they’re here for every birth style, they mean it! They offer care for home births, hospital births, scheduled C-sections, medicated births, and unmedicated births. Essentially, they’re here to provide an education and help you find your voice for your delivery.
Services
At NOVA Birth Services, you can find both birth and postpartum doulas. During your pregnancy, you can work with a doula to learn more about your options and ensure you feel prepared once labor begins. When it comes time to deliver, your doula will be there by your side, offering affirmations and making sure you can see your birth plan through.
While some hospitals may have set restrictions on birth companions because of the pandemic, NOVA birth doulas have found a way to still be there. They offer teleconference support to ensure you can still have them in your corner. On top of their doula services, the center offers Monitrice support.
